Detailed Product Description

Product Description

TXGrid adopts industrial high tensile strength polyester yarn and woven through warp knitting into grid base fabrics and, after covered with PVC coated, geogrids are obtained. These grids are used for the reinforcement of earth-fencing walls, soft soil foundation disposal and road foundation projects to increase the quality of the projects and reduce the costs of them.

Applications:
A. Reinforcing embankments of road, car parks, railways and airports.
B. Embankments on piles.
C. Reinforcement of soils.
D. Retaining walls.
E. Landslide repair.
F. Construction of noise barriers.
G. Stabilisation of sea, river banks.
H. Reinforcement of any type of unstable foundation.

Advantage:
A. High tensile strength at low elongation.
B. Very low strain at max. Load (cca 6%).
C. High resistance to chemism in soils, acid and alkali earth (pH 0-14).
D. High level of micro-biological resistance.
E. High resistance to damage during installation.
F. Optimal interlocking with coarse-grained soils.
G. High pull-out resistance.
H. Low values of creep ensure long-term stability.
I. High tensile strength at 2, 3 and 5% strain.
G. Increases the safety and stability of embankments.
K. Reduces volume of earthworks.
L. Preserves natural appearance of slopes.
M. Cuts construction costs.
